- As veterinarian and horsewoman, I enjoy life in the Foothills of Northern California. I 'owned' my first horse at the tender age of eight and have had assorted horses since. Currently, I share my space with four horses and two mules, ranging in age from two years to twenty-plus. I partner with my husband Jerry, an accomplished horseman and mule packer.

a comment to a past comment...i do not plan on writing my own blog, not as creative as you and some of the other bloggers i read. and actually my life is NOT interesting or exciting. WINGS JUST WON THE STANLEY CUP!!! GO RED WINGS!
